This is a reminder to myself. Here are all of the others.
Sometimes, I find it difficult to get through the day. I can’t seem to find the innate desire to continue.
Then, I remind myself that I have enough to get through the day.
I have enough food to eat, to get through the day.
I have enough water to drink, to get through the day.
I have enough shelter to sleep, to get through the day.
After reminding myself of these observations, I find I have enough to get through the day.
